Traveling to the United States is currently a contentious subject, to say the least. Whether you’re a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Green Card (LPR) holder, or U.S. work/tourist visa holder, you have certain rights from the moment you enter the U.S. at the airport or other ports of entry. To be best equipped to deal with any legal problems, here are a list of resources that are worth reading and understanding. At the very least, have this page handy should the situation arise. I will update this page regularly, as needed.
