are from Noah’s New York Bagels. Although it’s caused more of a stir in northern California, southern California hasn’t been deprived completely of Noah’s. They’re just so fluffy and soft; they’re hard to resist! And the freshly-made cream cheeses, or schmears, are also fantastic. My favorite schmears are garlic herb and sun-dried tomato basil, and my favorite bagels are sun-dried tomato, whole wheat sesame, and onion. Polish it off with a bottomless service of coffee, and you’re set! They also have other items like paninis and wraps, but I have always stayed loyal to the bagels here. Also, keep an eye out for seasonal favorites such as the pumpkin walnut crunch bagel.
